Return Policy
At The Colonial Bead Co., we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit only.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. The item must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit to be used on future purchases.
